Who we are

What we collect
Only what you enter in the store pilot application: store or company name, your name, email, optional phone, city or area, number and type of stores, optional website, your interests, your message and your preferred reply language.
We also record the page language, the time of submission and the version of the consent text you agreed to.
Why
To review your application and contact you about a pilot. We don’t use it for advertising and we don’t sell it.
Where it is kept
In a database on our hosting provider’s infrastructure (planned: Cloudflare D1). Access is limited to the people who review applications.
Abuse prevention
A one-way hash of your IP address is used for a one-hour rate-limit window; expired records are cleaned up on later submissions. This website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
How long
Draft: up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your application at any time. Please include your reference.
In stores using MiseStyle
The app detects that a person is present without identifying them. The head is removed on the iPad before clothing is analysed, and raw camera video is not uploaded.
Try-on with a customer’s own face is off by default and needs their consent. The MiseStyle server cleans up photos and generated media using a 24-hour retention window. Active tasks may delay cleanup; external generation services have separate retention rules. The MiseStyle server uses a 24-hour retention window for conversation text and removes expired records when a new conversation is requested.
Each store is responsible for informing its customers and for the settings it enables.
